102 Years and Counting
New Balance was proud to celebrate a century of enduring performance in 2006 and feels extremely fortunate to be in a position to give back to our communities. Community outreach has long been a part of our company culture and has grown over the years to include corporate charitable giving, in-kind donations, associate volunteerism, corporate match, Dollars for Doers and personal volunteer time benefits for our associates — all recognizing the symbiotic relationship that exists between a company’s place of business and the place where it does business. The conviction that we can individually and collectively make a difference is tightly woven into the fabric of our culture and is the essence and driver of our outreach efforts. Together, the Foundation and Corporation strive to make a lasting impact within our communities.
